* Refers to non-tenured junior scientists. Registration form must be accompanied by a letter from their head of department confirming their stratus.

Registration fees include: Scientific Sessions, Welcome Reception, Coffee Breaks, Conference Bag, Final Program & Book of Abstracts.
Accompanying persons' fees include: Participation at the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception.

Photographer and Videographer Notice:
A professional photographer and videographer may be on site to document the Congress. Photographs and videotapes are the sole property of Paragon. By attending these events, the participants must acknowledge that Paragon may use their likenesses for future promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the photographer and/or videographer on site.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Up to 90 days prior to arrival - full refund less bank charges.
Up to 60 days prior to arrival - cancellation charge of € 50.
Less than 60 days prior to arrival - no refund.

Group Registration Policy
