General
In order to benefit from the special congress rates, please use one of the following booking methods:
We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible.
Hotel reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details for the deposit are supplied; alternatively please forward the required deposit (in Euro) by bank transfer.
Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel. The booking will be final upon receipt of the corresponding deposit.

Payment
Payment of registration fees can be made via credit card/bank transfer through the website or with the downloaded PDF form.
The charge via credit card will be made in US Dollars according to the currency on the day of the transaction.

Please note, 4 weeks prior to the congress, your credit card will automatically be charged for the balance of your hotel accommodation. Participants who paid their deposit with a bank transfer are required to send the balance of outstanding accommodation charges to Paragon Conventions at the latest 4 weeks prior to the congress. Full prepayment prior to arrival is required for all hotel accommodations.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy
All changes or cancellations have to be made in writing to Paragon Conventions.
Until 30 days prior to arrival - Full refund less handling fee of Euro 25.
From 29-14 days prior to arrival - 1 night cancellation charge.
Cancellation received less than 13 days prior to arrival - no refunds.

Paragon Conventions, and their agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his /her luggage or any other property for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided. Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.
